Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Solstily, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the Solstily platform.

2. Description of service

Solstily is a booking management platform for service businesses. It allows you to manage appointments, clients, services, income reports, WhatsApp reminders and online bookings. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Solstily
  • One account per person — you may not share accounts

4. Free trial and subscription

  • New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access
  • No credit card is required during the trial period
  • After the trial, a subscription of R149/month is required for continued access
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically via PayFast
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Solstily for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or copy the application
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Resell or sublicense access to Solstily

6. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Third-party integrations

Solstily integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and PayFast. Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the service unavailable. We will provide notice where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

Solstily is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
